is easier to book an appointment by email as I am not always
available answer all of my calls when I am in session and may
not be able to discuss your session properly or for the length
of time needed. If
you are trying to enquire if I have any same day
appointments then you must phone me
and bear in mind I am often already booked in advance.

you email me please:

Check
my website before asking questions about my sessions or
services. I have spent a long time compiling this site and
almost all questions can be answered without the need for
an email.

Include what it is you are looking
for, your limits, past experience (if any) and any proposed
dates.

Be
sure to use paragraphs if you are sending a long email,
don't be lazy and just send a big block of text.

Be
patient for my reply, if you have heard nothing from me
after 48 hours I may not have received your email so
please re-send or use my alternative yahoo email.
