I had RB-ILD (Respiratory
bronchiolitis interstitial lung disease)
but no longer have it as it went away after I quit smoking. It
is caused by smoking and is basically an allergy to the smoke
causing lung inflammation and fluid in the lungs. It will not
get any worse because I have stopped smoking and the x–ray
today showed a crystal clear pair of lungs without the lung
disease so I am officially OK – scare over.

I get the diagnosis for my lung disease today and will find
out whether or not it is as serious as needing a lung
transplant or simply needing life-long medication.

Master El Diablo leaves for Phuket
and will not be available for session with me until after May
19th 2012.

I will be in London
spending my final day with Master El Diablo who embarks on his
trip to Phuket on the 11th January for 4 months to learn to be
a Master Scuba Diver Trainer.
